Refund Policy

1. Reservation & Payment

•            Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your tour date and vehicle.

•            Reservations are confirmed only after payment is received.

2. Guest‑Initiated Cancellations

Cancellations 48 hours before the tour

•            Eligible for a 100% refund or full credit toward a future tour.

Cancellations less than 48 hours before the tour of the tour

•            Non‑refundable.

•            Reservation may be transferred to another guest at no additional charge.

3. No‑Shows

•            Guests who do not arrive at the scheduled pickup time are considered no‑shows.

•            No‑shows are not eligible for refunds or credits.

4. Late Arrivals

•            Tours depart at the scheduled time.

•            Late arrivals may shorten the tour duration; no partial refunds are provided.

5. Weather & Safety

•            Tours operate rain or shine.

•            If Pour Decisions Wine Tours LLC must cancel due to unsafe conditions, guests may choose a full refund or 100% credit toward a future tour.

6. Winery Policies

•            Guests are responsible for Individual wineries tasting‑fees and winery policies.

7. Behavior & Intoxication

•            Pour Decisions Wine Tours LLC may end a tour early if guest behavior becomes unsafe or violates winery rules.

•            No refunds will be issued in these circumstances.

8. Changes to Reservations

•            Minor changes may be accommodated up to 72 hours before the tour, subject to availability.
