These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of https://www.pourdecisionswinetours.com (the “Site”) and any tour booking or services provided by Pour Decisions Wine Tours (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using the Site or booking with us, you agree to these Terms.

1) Who can use this Site / book

You must be at least 21 years old to book, and you must have the legal authority to agree to these Terms.

2) What we offer

We offer wine tour experiences and related services in the Tri-Cities area (and surrounding areas) and allow customers to inquire and book online.

3) Bookings and payment

• A booking is confirmed only after you complete checkout and receive a confirmation from us.

• Prices are shown on the Site and may change at any time.

• Taxes and any applicable fees are shown at checkout (when applicable).

• By booking, you agree the information you provide is accurate and complete.

4) Cancellations, rescheduling, refunds

Customer cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time to be eligible for full refund/credit.

• Rescheduling: Rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours before the tour, subject to availability.

• No-shows / late arrivals: [non-refundable / may forfeit booking.

• Weather / safety / operational changes: We may reschedule or cancel for safety, weather, venue closures, vehicle issues, or other circumstances outside our control. If we cancel, you will receive a refund / credit / reschedule option.

5) Tour rules and guest responsibilities

• Guests must follow all guide instructions and venue rules.

• Alcohol consumption is subject to applicable laws and venue policies. We may refuse service/participation to anyone who appears intoxicated or behaves unsafely.

• You are responsible for your personal belongings.

• You agree to behave respectfully toward staff, other guests, and partner venues.

6) Health, safety, and assumption of risk

Tour activities may involve inherent risks (travel by vehicle, walking on uneven surfaces, alcohol service at venues, etc.). To the maximum extent permitted by law, you assume these risks by participating.

7) Changes to the offering

We may change tour routes, timing, venues, vehicle type, or inclusions when needed (for example, due to availability or closures) while aiming to provide a comparable experience.

8) Intellectual property

All content on the Site (text, images, logos, branding) is owned by or licensed to Pour Decisions Wine Tours and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

9) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from your use of the Site or participation in a tour.

10) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Pour Decisions Wine Tours harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site/services.

11) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

12) Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any disputes will be handled in the courts located in Benton County/Richland, Washington, unless required otherwise by law.
